I am licensed MFT who enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating identity issues, depression, anxiety, emotion management, addictions, and relational wounding and trauma.

Expanding upon my nannying experience for many years, my clinical experience spans across both non-profit and for profit sectors where I learned how addiction, suffering, and trauma are universal, and totally possible to heal given the right healing modality and treatment. No case is the same, so my approach is as unique as each individual. We can be as creative as the healing process calls for, calling upon the wisdom of each system including the somatic intelligence and artful expression.

I believe we adapt to our circumstances and do our best to cope as we travel through life, and that it’s most helpful to adopt a non-pathologizing perspective of all those I see. Trauma often is the culprit of splitting our selves into parts, and though it can be a novel challenge to reconcile these, we can work with all parts to mend and integrate difficult life experiences— which results in the Self healing the self. I consider it an honor to accompany my clients on their healing journey, wherever that may lead.
