Life can be overwhelming at times, and may call for a need to make changes. If you find yourself feeling stuck, asking "where do I start" then you are ready to begin the therapy process. I will create a supportive and inviting environment allowing you to explore and navigate many areas of your life, encouraging personal growth.
I currently work in a private practice setting, and utilize telehealth services as well. I have experience working in many different areas including mental health, life transitions and addiction therapy. I utilize strength based approaches, client centered techniques, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, where I will provide suggestions and allow you to become comfortable in making decisions.
