About me
Do you find yourself wondering throughout the day about situations or events that will happen the next day which cause you to feel upset? If you are parenting your kids well enough? Lacking healthy and appropriate relationships with others? Scrolling google, tik tok, and instagram to find the "fix"? I would like to help you! Sometimes in life things get difficult, relationships change, and you grow. let me allow you to explore these things in a safe place. My passion is to help children, adolescents, and adults overcome and manage their symptoms of anxiety, self-esteem, parenting, emotion regulation, ADHD, adjustment, and trauma.
Hi, I’m caila! I graduated from Youngstown State University with a masters in education in clinical mental health. I went to The university of Mount Union with a bachelors in psychology where I went to work with children diagnosed with autism as a one on one behavior technician. It was there I realized my passion for working with kids. I utilize an eclectic treatment approach which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Parenting Program, Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to help children, adolescents, and adults overcome and manage their symptoms of anxiety, self-esteem, parenting, emotion regulation, ADHD, and adjustment.
Anxiety can make us feel stuck, but there is hope! I would be honored to be part of your family's journey. You can schedule an appointment by phone 9am-4:30pm Monday through Friday or by email 8am-7pm.
