I've been practicing psychology for over 30 years. I specialize in treating insomnia but see adults for a variety of issues, such as anxiety and depression. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach to treatment.
I try to create a warm and supportive environment, often sprinkled with humor. I practice trauma-informed psychotherapy and CBT, CBT for Insomnia, hypnotherapy. During COVID lockdown I've been working via telehealth exclusively and am now a Certified Telehealth Practitioner.
