I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals and families across the lifespan (toddlers-adults) and I specializes helping other cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenting.

I have been working as a Mental Health Therapist for over 5 years. I have worked with individuals and families across the lifespan including: toddlers, children, teens, and adults. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and PCIT-Toddlers.

I recognize the importance in having a connection in order to have positive change. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgemental environment where we can explore together life's challenges. I know how much strength it takes to reach out for help, you do not have to go through this alone.

I have evening appointments available. If interested in scheduling, please reach out to schedule a free consultation call.
