You've lost your person and are now faced with what, at times, feels like intense grief. You're feeling overwhelmed, sad, isolated, and like no one understands your pain and what you're going through. You have moments of disbelief, wondering how you will continue on without your person and thinking "I don't want to do this life without him/her/them". Of course you don't!
