Brittany Allinger, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced therapist with a primary focus on supporting teens/adolescents and parents of teens/adolescents. Areas of focus for me are the LGBTQ+ experience, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I offer individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching.
This is your journey, I am here to help you find your own way through it. With a dedication to putting your voice first, I will work with you to determine what healing looks like for you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, healing from trauma, coping with depression, or simply seeking to maintain your wellbeing as a human striving under deeply entrenched systems of oppression and associated ecological destruction, I am dedicated to working with you to feel better. To shine from the inside out.
Our work together has the power to help you resolve trauma, decrease anxiety, and improve your positive sense of self. Some of my specialized training includes Ecotherapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I work with youth ages 11-17, as well as individual adults, and families. I offer both online and in person sessions.
I am here to explore what healing looks like for you. Unconditional compassion and deep belief in your experience are at the forefront of my listening. As a believer in the importance of culturally affirming healing spaces, I'm committed to learning about how to create the right healing space for you, based on your input. If you're ready, give me a call.
