Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Your journey to brain health and wellness starts here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified by the Iowa Board of Behavioral Health. In my practice, I aim to meet clients where they are and encourage a collaborative and hands-on experience of therapy. I have helped individuals and families overcome adversity and increase the sense of control of ones life while seeking to build resilience and confidence for their future(s). I have experience working in trauma, attachment, adjustment disorders, relationship disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, impulse control, grief and loss, self-harm, and anger management.
I am passionate in helping others and look forward to the ability to assist in building resilient children, teens, and adults. If you or your child is struggling, please connect with me for further details.
