Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I have received training in both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My clinical focus is in Women's Issues, which means I reserve great space and passion for the intricacies of our feminine experiences in today's world. This can be very niched, like processing fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and postpartum struggles, or much more broad, such as working on symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or sexuality through a more cultural lens. How has your gender identity colored your experiences? I want to know how your world interacts with you and how you interact back with it.
Using interventions from CBT and DBT as a guide, I support clients in gathering useful insights from their experiences and learning appropriate emotional and cognitive skills to create real change. Together, you and I could work towards getting "unstuck" from harmful patterns and releasing some of the weight you're carrying from navigating your unique world.
With that being said, I see all types of clients, not just women! I welcome all gender identities and expressions with any presenting concerns. I prioritize feelings of safety and non-judgment in my sessions and want you to feel valid. I also want therapy to be affordable and accessible. Feel free to schedule a free consultation to see if we're a good fit!
