About me
Brian is a national board-certified, LPC, marriage and family therapist. He is trained in EMDR for trauma and PTSD. Brian has received Gottman Method training from the acclaimed Gottman Institute, in researched-based interventions to help couples navigate conflicts and develop skills that enhance Intimacy and build strong, healthy relationships. In addition to his level 2 training, he has advanced Gottman training in treating affairs, trauma, and addiction.
Brian takes a client-centered approach to therapy and calls his office a SHAME-FREE ZONE. He brings his unique style of empathy and compassion, from a place of humility and vulnerability that makes clients feel safe and trusting. He shares his enthusiasm for life through encouragement, and he loves to interject humor into sessions, when appropriate.
