About me
New clinician with a world of experience! After serving in the US military and Law Enforcement, I continue to serve others in helping to overcome trauma and those seeking balance in their life! Using a trauma informed and strengths-based approach, I look forward to working with you to build and empower your life towards better living!
Served the US military and as a law enforcement office for many years. After my own experiences with trauma and the lessons I learned as well as through formal education, I have continued my desire to serve others. I am a clinical mental health counselor and will work with children, teens and adults, first responders and veterans utilizing dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solutions focused brief counseling (SFBC), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help anyone overcome the effects of trauma and the experiences that are holding them back. I believe anyone can overcome their trauma and experiences. Having a safe space to talk and work through these obstacles with compassion and an understanding that you are the expert on you and I am simply a guide to assist.
