I am passionate about providing a safe space that is nonjudgmental and respectful, where I can help guide individuals on a path of self-reflection, to a place of self-understanding, growth, and healing.
In my practice, I work with clients to gain a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings, why they exist, and where they come from. As part of this process, we also develop new coping strategies to be able to deal with life changes and obstacles in more adaptive ways. Ultimately, our goal is to cultivate a sense of self-empowerment and inspire growth that can lead to personal fulfillment.
I have experience working with individuals (adolescents and adults) experiencing many different challenges and diagnoses; ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or loss, Bipolar Disorder, religious trauma, and difficult life-transitions. My work with couples sometimes includes; per-marital counseling, communication work, conflict resolution, infidelity, and the relationships phase of life transitions.
