I am an experienced counselor who is dedicated to helping adults cope with anxiety, trauma, and women's issues.

Are you struggling to cope with the effects of stress or a traumatic experience? I strive to create meaningful and lasting, positive changes unique to you. My approach to therapy is a mixture between humorous and energetic, and empathetic and warm. I will always aim to create a safe space where you will feel heard, you can be your authentic self, and you will never be judged. After 7 years of practice, I have found success and special interest in women's issues, postpartum, and trauma.

I have found success working with a variety of individuals -particularly mothers, first responders, and young adults with the integrative approach of being both positive & unconditionally supportive, yet active and challenging when appropriate. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help meet your goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR.

It is so rewarding to watch my clients make steps toward their goals and transform into versions of themselves that they never thought were possible. I am grateful for my clients allowing me into their hearts and minds, as it is a privilege.
