My partner and I at Dignity Counseling are Florida natives who have worked together in the Ocala/Marion County area since 2017. Our focus is client-centered therapy using various modalities including traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and Direct Neurofeedback. Our goal is to provide a safe space where clients can learn to live their most fulfilling and dignified lives.
I have been practicing in various settings in the Ocala area since 2008. My approach is gentle and I believe that you have the answers to your challenging situations if given the time and support to discover them for yourself. In counseling, I will be a sounding board for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and provide feedback and guidance along the way. We can use creative means to do this including art and spending time outdoors to accomplish this. You are in charge of your sessions and I am here to help you in your healing process.
