I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is dedicated to empowering children, adults, families, and couples to navigate everyday life challenges.

Life is full of challenges and is constantly changing. Sometimes we feel like we are not in control of our lives and it can be very overwhelming. I want to help you with those changes you desire. I want to provide you with the tools to take back control of your life and build strong relationships.

I help individuals, families, and couples break through communication barriers and overcome obstacles. One of the biggest fears about therapy is that you don't know what to expect. I want you to feel comfortable in therapy to explore who you are and how to build on your relationships. I want to help you find yourself again.

I have worked with at-risk families and children in foster care, provided crisis intervention and emotional support to children and adults in schools, and worked with couples and families to repair relationships for over 14 years. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQ, bipolar disorder, trauma, parenting, divorce, family conflict, relationships, stress, low self-esteem, and more. I help individuals, families, and couples break through communication barriers and overcome obstacles. I believe that self-reflection and empowerment are key factors in building healthy relationships and joining in effective dialogue.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown. I completed my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and served as a Practicum Student at Cy-Hope Counseling providing counseling to children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University with Delta Kappa MFT International Honor Society and Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.
