WEEKEND appts (Fri, Sat, Sun) for anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, burn-out, personal growth, life transitions, spiritual doubts, or other concerns. Maybe you're someone who puts your needs aside to help others (personally or professionally)? I’m here to remind you that You Matter, Too. Life is really difficult, and you don't have to be strong and brave all the time. I want to help you feel seen and heard, learn skills to handle stress, and become the person you want to be.
I work with adults on an individual basis. When you gain insight into your past and current difficulties, develop some skills, explore for workable solutions, and strive for personal growth and wholeness you will likely feel both energized and relaxed -- more like the person you want to be.
For over 30 years I’ve helped people professionally. I’m available in my office or via video. The list of insurances I take will be growing, or ’ll accept private pay.
