I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with adults of all ages to improve their mental health.

You may feel as if no one genuinely hears you or cares deeply about your well-being. The world is around you, but people do not see you. You may feel deprived of connection and unconditional love. I think most of us can relate to those thoughts. I enjoy working with people who want to be heard and seen for who they were created to be. If you are desiring to grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, I may be able to help. I am an imperfect therapist who enjoys working with imperfect people as we all navigate through this imperfect world together.

I have received training in EMDR, specifically the belief-focused approach, and I am a DBT informed therapist. I am able to assist individuals who have anxiety, depression, and other concerns. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy—Level 1 & 2; therefore, I can assist couples in learning techniques to improve their relationship.

I believe it is my mission in life to provide comfort and understanding to individuals and couples in the deepest valleys of life. I always strive to provide empathy and a judgment-free space for any person or couple I work with.
