About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, make positive changes in their lives.
I believe in people's capacity to become what they are capable of becoming. I see symptoms people have as normal responses to difficult events. I collaborate with my clients to create a safe space to bring curiosity and compassion to reflect on their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, physical sensations so that they can find relief and ultimately heal, grow and access their inner strength and wisdom, and move beyond their symptoms.
I have a foundation of trauma-informed therapy and bring in other interventions, as needed, such as mindfulness, expressive therapies, somatic interventions, movement, and humor. My work reflects my belief in the mind-body connection.
I am dedicated to my profession and clients and take regular trainings to strengthen my skills.
Please contact me so we can get started on helping you find relief and live more of the life you would like to live.
