I am licensed as a clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist. My years of experience in psychiatric settings span 40+ years in helping individuals, couples, families, and children learn to cope with anxiety, depression, various adjustment issues, losses, anger, parent-child concerns, and work place conflict.
For individuals seeking to learn better ways to cope, acquire adaptive strategies in dealing with day to day stressors, I am the therapist who will listen, interact with you in a collaborative manner, in reaching your desired treatment goals. My approach is one of kind regard and empathic understanding. We will work together and determine the most effective treatment strategies in resolving your issues. In addressing a broad spectrum of issues , such as anxiety, depression, situational stressors, your specific needs are considered as unique to you, and will be underscored in an individualized treatment plan.
