Belinda Bridges, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years in the field.
I have a down to earth balanced approach and do my best to engage people in distress in a calm and productive manner. My approach is to work with clients at their own pace on the goals they want to work on. My experience includes individual, family, couples and group therapy, both in the home and in an outpatient practice setting, making me a well-rounded, seasoned clinician.
My practice accepts adults, couples, adolescents and children aged 12 and up. I also accept clients in recovery and clients with chronic pain. Individual, family, and couples therapy is available. I also provide supervision to newly licensed clinicians wanting peer supervision and supervision towards full licensure.
My training includes but is not limited to evidence-based treatment models, such as EMDR, Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. We develop a treatment plan together based on what it is that you want to work on.
