I get it – life comes at you whether you are ready or not. Do you ever feel stuck and ‘everything’ is unmanageable? I recognize change can be difficult and finding someone to help you manage ‘everything’ can be challenging. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, non-judgmental space and help navigate your issues. If you are an adolescent or adult struggling with different forms of addiction, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma / PTSD, or whatever ‘everything’ looks like, I am here to help you work toward your goals.

Taking the first step of therapy takes courage. My therapy approach is based on your needs and I like to start by listening and establishing a foundation of trust. I draw from a variety of theories and techniques to help identify patterns of behavior impairing your life. I encourage collaboration to help you create the changes you desire. I offer evening appointments and am currently accepting new clients.

My journey as a therapist began on your side of the room. I have waded through the trenches of treatment and recovery and faced my own overwhelming uncertainty. I'll offer you an authentic and genuine approach – I’m not afraid to think outside the box – to empower you toward your commitment to change.
