About me
I an experienced mental health therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in social work (BSSW) from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a master's degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW)from University of New England.
As a therapist, I am caring with a down-to- earth style who strives to create a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where people feel comfortable. I am a strong believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship to assist others on their journey of self-reflection and healing.
My true passion and skillset have been developed working with teenagers, adults and families. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
