I am an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LICSW) with the focus on providing brief interventions around vicarious trauma, parenting support, career and life challenges, and grief support around pet loss.

Dear prospective clients, there are periods in our lives where we garner enough strength to begin opening the doors into our inner most vulnerabilities, to seek guidance and support. To find help filtering through all the noise in your life. My philosophy is to walk alongside you throughout your journey, if you’re looking for someone that is honest, intuitive, solution focused, client centered, and relaxed. As we make new discoveries into your life, I make
the promise to carefully tailor my approach to meet your needs, at a pace that is comfortable, and to build a relationship that is collaborative and progressive.
My experiences include working with trauma survivors, at risk youth, survivors of human trafficking and sexual abuse, parental support and counseling, training and case consultations around these topics. My passion is working with first responders and other professionals experiencing vicarious trauma, including related to animal welfare.
I like guiding clients to view their situation from different perspectives, and to look for behaviors and thoughts that are not beneficial to their
goals and to find healthy alternatives to promote change. If appropriate, I like introducing and exploring nutritional benefits on mental health and overall wellbeing.
