Hi all. I am a certified trauma and anxiety therapist who helps clients see life through a different filter, one with possibilities, hope, and joy. I utilize CBT, EMDR, mindfulness practices, existential therapy, and feminist therapy. I pride myself in creating a safe, warm, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel free to explore their thoughts, emotions, and change.
I mainly work with adults currently. I have assisted clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar, self harm, life transitions, phase of life issues, and more.
