About me
I'm an experienced licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I help women who are navigating parenting, their career, and their relationships find themselves again and find themselves again and find balance in their lives without shame or judgment. I specialize in working with individuals who identify as women, but I see a variety of clients with similar challenges and typically work with those who are ages 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, relationship stressors, and/or career issues.
I provide trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy that incorporates mindfulness, CBT, somatic psychology, and other holistic interventions. My down-to-earth therapeutic style focuses heavily on developing a strong, authentic relationship between therapist and client.
In a world that is moving so quickly around us, it's hard to slow down and find time for rest, regulation and meaningful connection. I can support you in healing no matter where you're starting from and would be honored to walk by your side on this journey with you!
