I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the therapeutic field for 20 years. People want to be heard, loved, and accepted without judgment for their thoughts and feelings. As a therapist, I provide that safe space for individuals to do so. I take pride in helping my clients look beyond the surface of personal challenges to identify and heal root issues.

I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions and other social stressors. I specialize in helping individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, relationship and parenting issues. I am also SIFI certified, open to providing clinical supervision for students if needed.

As a certified holistic doula, I assist with postpartum care, providing emotional support and guidance for new mothers. The transition from hospital to home can be a challenging time, where adjusting to nurture an infant around-the-clock is a learning process. I help women find their balance between motherhood, work, and self-care. I also offer crystal healing and sound healing, within my practice.
