I have been a therapist for 9 years in the Valdosta, GA area. I graduated from Valdosta State University with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. I am EMDR Certified and utilize various other therapy modalities/tools in sessions. I enjoy creating a calm, non-judgmental, and peaceful environment for clients to be their full and true selves as they evolve, while accomplishing their goals.
I provide services for individuals (adults and adolescents) and families. I work with people of all ages, demographics, and backgrounds. i specialize in issues with stress, sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, PTSD/trauma, anger, grief/loss, family relationship issues, teen issues through virtual therapy.
