I am a therapist who brings a warm, compassionate approach to assisting individuals and families with trauma, grief, and chronic illness.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. I have found my passion to be working with clients who have experienced trauma, adjusting to or living with chronic illness, navigating grief, or who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I have been present with people in all stages of grief, trauma, illness, and addiction, and guided them toward healing and change, honoring their pace and readiness. It has been my honor to witness growth and healing as it occurs, and to participate in the process.
I bring a warm, empathetic and open approach to counseling to facilitate safety and acceptance from the moment you walk through the door. I use EMDR, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and CBT techniques to guide you on your journey of self-discovery. I acknowledge that you are the expert on your own life. I will help you determine your own goals, and collaborate to find solutions to get you where you want to be.
The most important indicator of successful therapy is the relationship you share with your counselor. My goal is to create a genuine and trusting bond based on mutual respect, honesty, and empathy, with people from all walks of life who seek my services.
