About me
Are you ready to shed the pain, trauma, struggles, and past events/experiences of your life in order to find the tranquility, fulfillment, and abundance that life has to offer? Unexpected life events, childhood experiences, and traumas often leave us feeling unsure, broken and in search of finding our authentic self. Although we may try to hide parts of our stories to others, these events affect our day to day lives.
Once we are able to work through intrusive thoughts and memories we are freed by our past and motivated to work on finding our true self in order to live life and reach our full potential!
I approach clients holistically; using client's personal struggles with mental health based on the client's age, gender and sexual identify, cultural and ethical background as well as life experiences. Taking this information into consideration, I aim to customize therapy to each specific client in order to promote long lasting self-care and well-being.
It takes an amazing amount of strength to walk around daily pretending to be okay. This can become draining and overwhelm us when we become faced with the smallest tasks or conflict. Call or text today to schedule an appointment and finally begin the process of healing in order to build the life you deserve.
