About me
I have a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults meet life's challenges. My work combines a wide variety of new techniques with an assortment of traditional approaches. I use a lot of humor and sarcasm in my sessions. I guide my clients on a path to self-awareness and mindfulness in order to elicit the desired life changes. I’m honest, empathetic, non-judgemental and I’m here to support you! "This Too Shall Pass”.
My theoretical experience includes a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), Brainspotting for trauma (https://brainspotting.com), & Ecotherapy(outdoor/walk and talk). A modality I have found profoundly helpful. Being outdoors is fun, but even more importantly, it’s good for our mind, body, and soul.
