Hello, My name is Ashley. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing convenient telehealth services to Louisiana and Florida residents. I provide online therapy to people who are struggling with issues related to trauma, relationships, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes. I often work with people are are feeling overwhelmed. People who feel there are some many things to do and not enough time in a day. They tend to have so many spinning plates in the air, that the one that gets dropped most often are themselves.

I am very passionate about helping someone find overall wellness and balance. I do this with a variety of approaches including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, body awareness and a little bit of humor and compassion. I tend to have a more person-centered approach where I focus on treating the whole person and how thoughts feelings and behaviors influence you. Together, we identify your goals and values and frame our sessions around these. I feel my ability to meet someone where they are and ability to connect with people are some of my strongest clinical abilities.

I have years of experience providing individual therapy. I have also spent years working with 1st responders (Military/Veterans/Police), families & people in recovery.
