Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I work with a host of issues but specialize in culturally sensitive treatment for eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship stress.
As a multicultural and multiethnic cis-woman therapist of color and child of immigrants, I want to understand who you are, how you see the world and your surroundings. Once you reach out, we will set up a consultation to chat about your needs, what's going on and how we may work together. We'll get to know each other. We'll also talk about your questions and what you're looking for in a therapist.
My approach is collaborative, incorporating social justice, multicultural and trauma-informed practices to empower. Clients share that this approach has helped them address depression, anxiety, disordered eating/eating disorders, relationship strains and trauma. If you've felt misunderstood, unseen, overwhelmed with stress, or are struggling with shame, self-hatred, a lack of belonging, I can help.
I know therapy together can help you heal, create a space to honor and respect who you are, and support a life of meaningful connection and empowerment. I look forward to hearing from you!
