Hello! I'm so glad you are here taking the steps to take care of yourself. If you are like my clients, you are tired of putting yourself last, aware that you want to make changes, and are motivated to figure out how to feel better. I have extensive experience working with individuals, families and couples that are impacted by addiction. I am passionate about teaching people how to set boundaries and limits in their relationships so they no longer feel out of control and can start having a voice. I enjoy connecting with people and helping them better understand what is coming up for them and causing the pain points in their journey.

My style and approach is laid back and I strive to help my clients feel comfortable in session so they can open up about their struggles to identify coping strategies to start feeling better quickly. I appreciate using humor and psychoeducation when appropriate and believe that we can more easily make changes in our lives when we have a better understanding of 'why' we are having difficulties in the first place.
