About me
Client-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based therapist offering telehealth sessions and EcoTherapy in the idyllic setting of Mt. Hood National Forest.
My name is Annie Zenn, LPC and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zenn Counseling LLC. As a queer therapist, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as children, teens, adults and families. I have 16 years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including: anxiety and panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, anger management, self-harm and suicidal ideation, school/work/relationship stress, divorce and parenting, and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity. My job is to help you recognize your ability to heal, and find new ways of understanding yourself and the world around you. In my practice, I often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EcoTherapy and Art Therapy. I love connecting with individuals from all walks of life, and I am passionate about supporting folks on their healing journey.
