I am a therapist who is dedicated to helping adults cope with anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.
Have a repeating pattern of difficulty maintaining satisfying relationships? Struggling to gain freedom from memories of a painful past? Feel stuck in a vicious cycle of stress and overwhelm? Regardless of what your stressors are, you are capable of reaching your emotional potential, and living a fulfilled life through obtaining balance, wellness, and peace. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship/family concerns, trauma, and other mental health issues, with training in mindfulness-based therapy, CBT, trauma-informed practices, and internal family systems.
Using gentle guidance informed by evidence-based practices, my goal is to assist you to develop and strengthen your inner tools and resources in order to manage overwhelming emotions and thoughts. I also seek to explore your past experiences and earlier attachment, as themes from the past have the power to affect our current behaviors and relationships.
I strongly believe in the power of the mind-body connection, emotional growth, and human relationships. I strive to create a space where you feel supported to talk about your worries, struggles and anxieties without shame or fear. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey through self-growth and healing.
