About me
I am an experienced licensed psychologist who is dedicated to assisting adults, 18+, with issues related to grief, depression, anxiety, self-worth, codependency, and trauma.
From the first time that we speak, I prioritize establishing a relationship that is full of kindness, empathy, curiosity, and a sense of humor. I have had the pleasure of working with 17-75 year-olds from various ethnicities, genders, economic backgrounds, and sexual identities for over 10 years. I have a particular interest in working with college/university students; older adults; grief/loss; and relationship issues, including infidelity and divorce. I am a Certified Grief Educator through grief expert David Kessler, and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals who have experienced trauma. We will work together on building self-compassion; deepening your ability to express and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and improving your coping skills and self-worth.
