Licensed Psychologist who has been practicing in the mental health field since 2009. I'm laid back and offer a non-judgmental, safe environment to be there for you! I'm a military spouse and a former Air Force brat, allowing insight into many hardships military families may face. I'm also the mother of four children, including two bonus children from my husband’s first marriage and including a child with Autism, giving additional insight into “at home” struggles with handling ‘special needs’ children, balancing the needs of multiple children, and maintaining other obligations. I have worked with adolescents and adults with multiple struggles including: anxiety, depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), behavior problems, marital problems, grief, difficulties adjusting to new situations, difficulties related to the college environment, and problems with mood stability (Bipolar Disorder), to name a few.
