About me
I hold a master’s degree in child, couple and family therapy from Antioch University Seattle. I have been practicing therapy since 2007, providing counseling to families, adults, adolescents and children.
I have a person-centered approach to my work and my goal is to assist you in a greater understanding of your situations, helping you gain insight into your behavior and emotional responses and to give guidance and support in the process of change and growth. I focus on forward movement and building on the strengths that you already possess. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Lifespan Integration.
