I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety disorders, self-esteem, ADHD/academic challenges, giftedness/perfectionism, interpersonal issues, & difficult life transitions. I am here to provide validation and help you manage those difficult experiences that life throws your way. I look forward to connecting with you!

Although I will never walk in your shoes, I have personally battled people-pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety attacks until I sought therapy. My style of therapy is individualized to your needs. I aim to make you feel heard and understood by using a relational approach and emphasizing Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. My goal is to establish an empowering & safe space. Together, we can identify your triggers and develop healthy coping skills to take back control over your life.
