I relocated from New Jersey, where my past clinical experience included gerontology, oncology, hospice, serious mental illness, substance use disorders & dual diagnosis treatment. Currently, I'm clinically proficient in treating PTSD, C-PTSD & addiction disorders. I am a Certified EMDR provider by EMDRIA. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Provider. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and Colorado.

Treatment is client centered and tailored to the situation It starts with a focus on short term solutions for crisis stabilization and continues by identifying healthy coping mechanisms. Healing begins when new coping skills are created for long term recovery. If treatment has been unsuccessful in the past, don't despair. EMDR therapy is an evidenced based treatment that may change that. The telehealth office is a judgement free zone that will allow you safe passage through this emotional journey. Along with EMDR, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques. In addition, I believe in the multiplicity of the human mind and have a certificate to treat C-PTSD with Internal Family Systems techniques. I also utilize a development needs perspective.
