I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual therapy to adults, and/or relationship or couples counseling with unconditional acceptance. I provide a safe environment to promote healing from the past, learning healthier coping skills, and growth into the best version of yourself.

My passion is to help individuals discover, understand and heal who they are; to help them transform into what they want. I support couples and families to connect and communicate with one another in a more meaningful way, to learn to accept each other where they are.
