I have experience working with anxiety disorder, depressive disorders, and addictions. I help my clients learn and acquire new techniques and skills to overcome their symptoms. My approach is holistic, I see and treat individuals from different perspectives depending on their needs.

I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Hospitality and Management from Florida International University, and an associate in science in Translation and Interpretation Studies in English/Spanish from Miami Dade College. Also, I am a certified as a Life Coach from Life Coach Institute of Orange County, as well as Entrepreneur and Business Life Coach, and Health and Wellness Life Coach.
My background as Mental Health Counselor has given me the chance to work in different settings, such as psychiatric unit in a hospital and profit and non-profit agencies, with a variety of populations. I was able to adapt to the different pace, whether fast or slow and be able to serve as a tool to help clients to recover and overcome from what they were experiencing. I treat clients with dignity, respect, and love, and I support them unconditionally. I easily build rapport and strong relationship with clients. I utilize different evidence-based treatment methods and techniques to facilitate and elicit change depending on the client’s need. I serve clients in both languages English and Spanish.
I am an optimistic and positive a person, flexible, responsible, and able to adapt to different situations.
