I am an experienced licensed professional therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals not only cope with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder but to heal and thrive. I have provided over 4,500 therapy sessions. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, and a Flash Technique provider. I own Loving Light Counseling, LLC, and am licensed to provide mental health therapy to residents of Michigan and Idaho.

I provide support that facilitates mental and emotional healing. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as evidence-based trauma treatment methods including Flash Technique and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET); and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
