Ana Hinshaw, LCSW

Ana Hinshaw is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field since 2010. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2014 with her Master of Social Work degree, and attained her LCSW in March of 2018. She has experience working with a wide range of behavioral/mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal problems. She has worked and volunteered across a variety of settings, including nonprofits, group homes, and crisis centers. She also has experience providing intervention support in the field, such as school-based or home-based sessions. She has worked with clients who might require additional resources and can offer referrals and relevant information if needed. Most of her experience has been with adolescents and young adults, but she has worked with clients from ages 2- to over 75-years-old.
