I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in the field of social work for over thirty years. I am dedicated to supporting adults of all ages, find fulfillment in their lives and help clients cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and more.

I have experience with adolescents, adults and seniors. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, family/parenting challenges and weight management. With a particular interest in women's issues and as a mother of three grown children, I have a passion for supporting women with personal empowerment through various life phases.
