About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Coach who works with adult individuals to help them through life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, and improve their mental health and well-being.
Life can be difficult, but having support along the way can make all the difference. I believe that everyone is capable of growth and has within them the wisdom, strength, and abilities to get through life’s challenges – you just might need some help uncovering them! I work collaboratively with clients to help them find new perspectives, insights, and navigate a path to new possibilities. My counseling philosophy draws on different theories to meet your unique needs. My therapy space is a calm, safe place for clients to come and be their authentic selves.
Outside of my practice, I try to spend as much time in nature as I can. I enjoy belly laughs, good books, great meals, and watching the sunset whenever possible.
Your story is unique and deserves to be heard. I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on life’s journey!
*Please note that I am accepting new clients but currently have a waitlist.
