I have been practicing since 2013 and assist folks in navigating their sexual and gender identity as well as folks with trauma and anxiety. One of my favorite modalities I utilize is video games in therapy. They are a wonderful resource for communication, problem solving, and building confidence. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and TAY (16-25).
