Therapy can be intimidating and finding the right therapist can be hard. I am here to support you through this process with compassion and understanding. I help people overcome anxiety, sadness, burnout, trauma, relationship stress, and life challenges. I will begin working with you by empathically tuning into your strengths and learning as much as I can about the challenges you face so that together, we can map a realistic plan for your healing. We will explore what’s going on beneath the surface, untangle the patterns and enhance your personal growth so you can feel better
I am a licensed therapist based in New York who offers compassionate, honest and non-judgmental counseling for people navigating life. I use IFS, deep insight psychotherapy, CBT and somatic work in my work, and have many years of experience providing individual therapy, support groups, couples counseling and clinical coaching.
