About me
I started my practice in 2013 and it later expanded in 2016 when I hand picked an amazing team of therapists, associates, and counselors in training, to join me on my mission of taking the stress and stigma out of going to counseling. No matter what you are going through, we are here to help! If you felt a connection to me and my practice, you’ll love my team too. We work individually with clients and also offer a team approach when and if needed at no additional charge to our clients!
We offer therapy, counseling, life coaching, and consulting! We work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, to alleviate symptoms, as well as find and fix the root of the issue. Think of this like not only putting on a Band-Aid, but also healing the wound!
We look forward to working with you!
No matter what you are going through, know that I am here to listen, support you and help you figure it all out!
I look into different patterns throughout your life to help you understand why you might be feeling or acting a certain way. I help my clients overcome obstacles by looking into and exploring the various components of their lives. I help to foster insight and self-awareness, which can be the first steps towards making a real and lasting change! I work with my clients to alleviate their symptoms as well as find and fix the root of the issue... think of this like not only putting on a Band-Aid but also healing the wound!
Clients have told me I provide a compassionate, empathetic and truthful perspective. I make sure to take the time to get to know and respect the needs and wants of each individual client, and want you to feel comfortable and at ease in therapy.
I am originally from San Diego, then I spent some time experiencing life in the vast and often snow-filled states in the great Mid-West before finally settling down in the crisp air and flannel-loving state of Washington. I enjoy cooking, reading, stand-up-paddle-boarding, and practicing yoga. I would describe myself as a fun, nonjudgmental, positive, and sincere person. I love being a therapist because I love connecting with and helping people. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy.
