I am a trauma therapist, certified in EMDR, and am dedicated in helping individuals to heal from their earlier life experiences, current transitions, and struggles with anxiety and depression.
I'm here to support you through this. I can help equip you with skills to more effectively manage thoughts and emotions with a DBT approach; we can work to desensitize unprocessed traumatic memories with EMDR; or we can process any challenges you may be facing- from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss.
